Thomas has painted the base black.
Decisions are being made whether to paint a stripe or other
embellishment while it dries. |

I rolled up a ball of newspaper and
put it up against the top of the lamp housing (is that
the right term?) to get an idea how big it should be. |

Added a cone on top of the ball. Now
to mache it, then paint. We're getting close to
finishing! |

Is done! Well, unless we decide
to add ghosties or something in the future. The light
does work, but I couldn't get a good picture. The rail
around the lamp is a rusty (or bloody) red.
Methinks Thomas did an excellent job
of painting. |
