Trash Wreath

I used a large brass ring that had been sitting around collecting dust. Took out a stash of small black plastic bags that I get from a local store. Cut the handles off a dozen or so of the bags and tied them onto the ring. Then the bottom seams were cut off so I had a tube. Strips were cut from the tube and tied on. I trimmed here and there, but mostly left edges jagged. It's Halloween after all. I lost count after a dozen bags, so can't really tell you how many I used. How many you use will depend on how full you want your wreath.
